Sinopse

Will Smith, indicado para o Oscar® (Melhor Ator - À Procura da Felicidade, 2006) estrela esta comédia repleta de ação interpretando Hancock, um super-herói sarcástico, duro e mal compreendido que caiu em desgraça com a opinião pública. Quando Hancock concorda - de má vontade - a se submeter a uma ‘repaginação completa’ sob orientação de Ray Embrey (Jason Bateman, Juno), um publicitário idealista, a vida e a reputação de nosso super-herói ressurge das cinzas e tudo parece estar bem novamente - até que Hancock conhece a esposa de Ray (Charlize Theron, vencedora do Oscar® 2003 de Melhor Atriz, Monster - Desejo Assassino) que possui poderes semelhantes aos seus e uma resposta sobre seu passado misterioso.
