Sinopse
O preguiçoso Dale Denton só tem um motivo para visitar o negociante igualmente preguiçoso Saul Silver: comprar erva, especificamente uma preparada de maneira rara conhecida como Pineapple Express. Mas quando Dale se torna a única testemunha de um assassinato de um policial e o vendedor de drogas mais perigoso da cidade, ele se desespera e acaba deixando sua Pineapple Express no local do crime. Agora, Dale tem outro motivo para visitar Saul: descobrir se a erva é tão rara que, se descoberta, poderá levar até ele.
